Wholesale programme
Our wholesale offering is designed for boutiques and retailers purchasing selected Festivo Kimonos styles in volume.
- Minimum opening order: 6 pieces.
- 6–9 pieces: 25% off the applicable retail prices.
- 10 or more pieces: 30% off the applicable retail prices.
Wholesale pricing is provided by quotation and is not automatically applied at the online checkout. Product selection, availability and final pricing are confirmed before an order is accepted.
Handmade in Panama, delivered worldwide
Festivo Kimonos pieces are produced in Panama. Made-to-order production typically takes 10–14 days following order confirmation, depending on style and quantity. We offer free international shipping on confirmed wholesale orders via DHL Express, generally taking 3–7 days after dispatch depending on destination. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance. Any applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges remain the responsibility of the wholesale buyer.

Order terms and returns
Full payment is required in advance, before production begins. Production starts once payment is received and order details are confirmed. Outbound shipping is free for wholesale orders. If a return is accepted under the agreed wholesale terms, the wholesale buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Cancellation, return and exchange eligibility are confirmed in writing with the buyer before an order is placed. Retail checkout terms should not be assumed to apply to wholesale quotations.
